Job Description

As a Sales Head at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving our revenue growth alongside the Founder. Your primary responsibilities will involve leading and implementing our multi-channel Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. This strategy will encompass various channels including Direct Sales (B2B & SMB), Distribution & Partner Network, Industry Collaborations (Govt & Private), and Strategic Partnerships (National & International). Your key responsibilities will include: - Revenue Ownership: Taking charge of growth across all four GTM channels with specific measurable targets. - Team Leadership: Mentoring the existing sales team members and contributing to building and scaling the sales team. - Channel Strategy: Developing and enhancing sales playbooks tailored for direct, distributor, and partner-led growth. - Collaboration Enablement: Assisting the Founder in identifying and finalizing strategic collaborations with significant entities such as large players, ministries, or enterprises. - Pipeline Management: Ensuring a steady deal flow, precise forecasting, and maintaining CRM accuracy. - Onboarding & Enablement: Simplifying the onboarding and activation process for distributors, partners, and strategic allies. - Sales Operations: Enhancing sales processes, documentation, dashboards, and performance monitoring. - Feedback Loop: Serving as the liaison between the market and customers to propose enhancements related to products and pricing. To be successful in this role, you should possess: - Proven experience spanning from 5 to 12 years in sales leadership, ideally within B2B, SMB, or multi-channel settings. - Demonstrated achievements in formulating and executing sales strategies across direct, partner, and distribution channels. - Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide teams effectively. - Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities. - Proficiency in CRM systems and sales pipeline management. - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
