Job Description

Cyber Security Expert

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze network traffic continuously to identify potential threats.
Investigate security incidents and perform comprehensive root cause analyses.
Administer, optimize, and maintain security tools, including firewalls, SIEM platforms, and vulnerability scanners.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and support patch management initiatives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST frameworks.
Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness programs for employees across the organization.
Stay informed of emerging threats, attack vectors, and advancements in security technologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Professional certifications preferred: CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise with SIEM systems, firewalls, and endpoint security solutions.
In-depth knowledge of network security, threat intelligence, incident response, and risk assessment.
Experience in penetration testing and cloud security practices.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell for security automation.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
