Roles and Responsibility

Review and analyze resumes and cover letters to identify top talent.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for successful placements.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve business objectives.
Provide feedback and guidance to candidates to improve their job search strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a CV Reviewer or Recruiter in the IT Service & Consulting industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
