Customer Support Specialist

Experience: 1+ year in Customer Support

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling customer support for online marketplaces like Myntra, Amazon, or Shopify and managing queries through social media platforms. Strong written English communication is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries across platforms (email, WhatsApp, social media DMs, etc.) promptly and professionally

Manage order-related issues, returns, exchanges, and delivery escalations

Handle product and service-related inquiries from marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, or Shopify backend

Maintain accurate customer interaction records and follow-ups

Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, merchandising, etc.) to resolve customer concerns

Monitor and respond to comments/messages on social media platforms in brand tone

Identify common customer pain points and share feedback with the team

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support or CRM role

Prior experience working on e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Shopify, etc.)

Excellent written communication skills in English

Ability to work independently in a remote setup

A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the team
