Customer Support Specialist

You are looking for immediate joiners with 5-6 years of experience in SAAS customer support. You should possess a minimum of 5 years of total professional experience and at least 2 years of experience in enterprise B2B software support. Knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly the investment industry, would be beneficial. Additional experience in compliance management is considered a plus. Having technical support experience is desirable, along with a positive attitude and a track record of supporting SaaS software, such as working on a software helpdesk. You should be a team player and demonstrate the ability to contribute positively in an open and collaborative environment. Experience with issue management tools like Zendesk, Jira, or similar platforms is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills are essential. You must have the ability to quickly learn software products and effectively resolve related issues. Creative problem-solving skills to resolve client issues are highly valued. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with a keen attention to detail and quality. This is a full-time job opportunity with benefits including Provident Fund.
