Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist, your role will involve resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities. Your excellent communication skills and familiarity with help desk software will be essential in earning our clients" trust and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times. - Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels. - Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints effectively. - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products to provide accurate answers to customer questions. - Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently. - Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. - Collaborate with colleagues to address customer needs and provide feedback on improving customer service processes. - Manage a team of junior customer service representatives to ensure quality support. - Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and efficient customer service. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar role. - Familiarity with the industry is a plus. - Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools. - Understanding of CRM systems and their functionalities. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to multitask and remain patient when handling challenging situations. In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, you will be working in a full-time capacity with night shifts and US shifts.
