Job Description

Job Summary -

  • Handle Inbound calls
  • Coordinating with Operations and other support functions for any help related on calls.
  • Follow the guidelines set out for calls handling.
  • All the KPI/KRA's assigned to be met.

Skills Required -

  • Having strong verbal English language skills that enable the associate to conduct, comprehend, and manage difficult and free-flowing conversations on calls while also understanding and responding to each customer's expectations.
  • Understanding and expertise with the required CRM tools.
  • In order for the associate to understand the issues that the clients need resolved, they must be able to actively listen and ask meaningful questions in concise, understandable English.
  • The capacity to communicate ideas clearly so that the client understands what the colleague is attempting to state.
  • Capable of working both rotating and night shifts.
  • Years of experience are necessary: 12 months of experience providing customer service, especially dealing with foreign customers.
