Position: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time / Internship About the Role We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from understanding job requirements to onboarding candidates. Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess suitability. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates. Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers. Build a strong talent pipeline for future requirements. Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines. Requirements 10+2 or Any Bachelors degree. 0-1 Year can be taken / Freshers are most welcome Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple requirements simultaneously. Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience hiring for Customer Support / Technical Support / IT / Sales roles (as per company need). Knowledge of bulk hiring and campus recruitment drives.
