Job Description

As a member of the Spanish Technical Support team, you will be responsible for providing 24/7 help-desk support to users, assisting them with their inquiries and technical issues through phone and email. Your role will contribute to enhancing the online user experience for a global audience. Your key responsibilities will include translating written materials between English and Spanish, as well as providing interpretation services for conversations between Spanish-speaking clients and English-speaking staff. Additionally, you will offer language support during various interactions such as meetings and calls, and assist in the creation of bilingual documents and communication materials. To excel in this role, you must possess fluency in both Spanish and English, along with strong translation and interpretation skills. Cultural awareness, effective communication, and interpersonal skills are also essential for success. This is a full-time position with benefits that include provided food. The work schedule will involve night shifts and US shifts, with the requirement to work in person.,
