As a member of the Spanish Technical Support team, you will be responsible for providing 24/7 help-desk support for users, assisting them with their inquiries and technical issues through phone and email. Your role will contribute to enhancing the online user experience for millions of people worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Translate written materials between English and Spanish languages - Interpret spoken conversations between Spanish-speaking clients and English-speaking staff - Provide language support during meetings, calls, and other interactions - Assist in creating bilingual documents and communication materials Qualifications Required: - Fluency in both Spanish and English languages - Proficient translation and interpretation skills - Cultural awareness - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Please note: The job type is Full-time.
