About the Role

Customer Success On Boarding Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Setup, configure and oversee the daily operations of the Park Software. 
  • Provide end-to-end on boarding support to client employees. 
  • Conduct training sessions for personnel on software usage, ensuring complete understanding of features, icons, and tabs. 
  • Guide and support client staff on effective usage of the system for operational efficiency. 
  • Act as the first point of contact for client queries and resolve issues related to software usage. 
  • Document training materials, FAQs, and process guidelines for client reference. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve any technical issues faced by clients. 
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and smooth adoption of the software.
