As a Customer Success Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring its effectiveness in supporting the sales team and enhancing customer retention strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM principles, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to optimizing customer relationships. CRM Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CRM system. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the CRM database. Implement best practices for data entry, maintenance, and data security. Customer Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create targeted retention campaigns. Sales Team Support: Experience in sales part while upselling an escalated client Provide support to the sales team in utilizing the CRM system effectively. Conduct training sessions to ensure the sales team is proficient in using CRM tools. Collaborate with sales leadership to understand their needs and tailor CRM functionalities accordingly. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer behavior and sales performance. Analyze CRM data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Automation and Integration: Explore opportunities to automate processes within the CRM system. Work with IT and other relevant departments to integrate CRM with other business systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in CRM management and customer retention strategies. Familiarity with CRM software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
