Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the Customer Support team
• Oversee escalations, team meetings, and resource scheduling
• Develop and implement customer support policies, processes, and quality standards
• Collaborate with CX leadership on strategy, goals, and performance metrics
• Monitor key customer support metrics and prepare regular reports and dashboards
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Underwriting, and other business units to streamline operations
• Communicate product, marketing, and business updates effectively to the support team
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing customer support agents
• Foster a positive, engaging, and growth-oriented team culture
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in customer experience

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in

  Customer Experience or Customer Support

  , including 2+ years in a

  leadership/managerial role

• Strong understanding of customer support operations, tools, and technology trends

• Proven track record in team management, performance improvement, and stakeholder collaboration

• Data-driven approach with sharp analytical and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities

• Hands-on experience with support systems (e.g., Talkdesk, CRM tools, dashboards)
