Job Summary:

As a Customer Support Officer, your primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products or services. You will interact with customers through various channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media. Your goal is to provide exceptional service, maintain a positive company image, and contribute to customer retention and loyalty

Objective & Kay Responsibilities –

Respond to customer Inquiries: Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various communication channels including phone, email, chat, and social media

Resolve Customer Issues: Listen to customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction

Provide Product Information: Educate customers about product features, specifications, pricing, and availability

Co-ordinator: Co-ordinating with company partners and various departments of company. Address escalated customer issues and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve complex problems.

Maintain Customer Records: Accurately record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.

Stay Update: Stay informed about company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers

Up sell and Cross Sell: Identify opportunities to up sell or cross-sell products and services to meet customer needs and increase sales revenue

Collaborate: Collaborate with multiple departments to develop and execute strategies that drive tangible outcomes for our business. Work closely with other customer support team members, as well as sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Provide Feedback: Gather customer feedback and suggestions to improve products, services, and customer experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
