As a Client Support Manager at Alliance Recruitment Agency in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing client relationships to drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. - Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns. - Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests. - Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and implement client retention strategies. - Project Management & Execution: - Oversee the successful delivery of projects and services to clients. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. - Monitor project progress and proactively address any potential roadblocks. - Business Development: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts. - Contribute to the development of proposals and presentations for new business. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate new leads and close deals. - Team Leadership & Development: - Mentor and guide junior team members on client service best practices. - Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. - Provide constructive feedback and support to team members. - Contribute to the development of team goals and objectives. - Communication & Reporting: - Prepare and deliver regular client reports and presentations. - Effectively communicate project updates, challenges, and successes to clients and internal stakeholders. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. Qualifications: - 4 years of experience in client service, account management, or a related field. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
