Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, implementing success programs, onboarding/training clients, and reducing churn. Successful candidates are social, analytical, adept at learning new software, and excellent communicators. Ideal candidates engage customers, maximize value, and devise strategies for customer base growth.
