What You’ll Do

  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for WINIT’s SaaS and enterprise solutions, including 

    Presales, Van Sales, Merchandising, and DMS

    , via calls, emails, and chat.
  • Use AI-powered tools to manage tickets, troubleshoot issues, and provide quick resolutions.
  • Identify recurring issues, escalate to technical teams, and contribute to knowledge base improvements.
  • Track support metrics, analyze trends, and propose process enhancements to improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure client feedback on all solutions is addressed effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in support tools.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and AI-enabled support innovations.



What You Bring

  • 1–4 years of experience in Customer Support, preferably for SaaS, IT, or tech solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills — fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues across WINIT products (Presales, Van Sales, Merchandising, DMS).
  • Confidence to engage with clients across industries.
  • Comfortable using AI-enabled support platforms and automation tools.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Knowledge of Freshdesk or similar tool is a plus.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Hyderabad. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
