Customer Support Executive

Job Type:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer queries with high satisfaction.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Adhere to company policies, process standards, and quality benchmarks.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers and experienced candidates (up to 3 years) are welcome
• Minimum qualification: Undergraduate (graduates preferred)
• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi
• Flexible to work 6 days a week in rotational shifts
• Age limit: up to 30 years
• Immediate joiners preferred
  

Salary & Benefits:

• Freshers:

  15,000 to 20,000 CTC per month (based on qualification & communication)

• Experienced:

  Up to 30,000 CTC (based on experience and English cmmunication)

• Incentives:

  Monthly performance-based

• Transport:

  One-side cab available for odd-hour shifts (process-specific, depend on process to process )
