We are Hiring for a Multinational BPO's at Kolkata and Noida Location!

Position: Customer Support Associate (Upselling)

Location: Kolkata

Experience Required: Any UG / Graduate / Fresher / Experience can apply

Salary: 16,500 - 20,000 in-hand

Assist customers via calls/emails regarding airline-related queries
Provide accurate information on flights, bookings, and travel policies
Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
Maintain data integrity and update records
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quick resolutions

Benefits:

40 -90 K incentives on monthly basis.
