We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests for our retail operations. The role involves coordinating between customers, stores, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Handling

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and CRM tools

Handle complaints related to orders, returns, exchanges, deliveries, and store services

Provide accurate information about products, pricing, promotions, and policies

Ensure timely resolution of customer issues with proper follow-ups

Coordination & Support:

Coordinate with retail stores, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams

Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department and track closure

Maintain customer records and interaction logs in CRM systems

Order & Service Management:

Track orders, deliveries, refunds, and replacements

Assist customers with order status, invoices, and payment queries

Support store teams with customer-related office coordination

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare daily and weekly customer support reports

Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements

Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

14 years of experience in customer support, preferably in retail or e-commerce

Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, Hindi

Strong problem-solving and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office

Customer-first attitude and ability to handle pressure

Preferred Experience:

Experience in retail office or call-center support

Exposure to fashion, lifestyle, or consumer retail brands
