This is a post- sales customer support voice process for properties. The role involves interacting with customers who have already purchased properties.
Handling Inbound and Outbound calls.
Willing to work in post-sales.
Excellent communication in ENGLISH & HINDI is Mandatory.
Understand customer queries related to property documentation & payment.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction.
Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible to apply.
Minimum 1 year experience in BPO voice is Mandatory.
Language- English + Hindi.
Day rotational shift.
6 days working rotational.
