Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and articulate Customer Support Executive to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role demands a strong customer-centric approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to resolve queries across multiple channels in a timely and professional manner

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels (phone, email, live chat, social media, etc.).
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, ensuring accurate information and empathetic resolutions
  • Log and track customer queries, feedback, and complaints systematically and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer concerns
  • Assist customers in navigating the company’s website, troubleshooting technical issues, or clarifying product details.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the solution.
  • Collect customer feedback on product and service and suggest improvements to management based on customer insights.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Years of Experience required 0-1 years.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and email drafting
  • Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and attention to detail
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance
  • Willingness to work on weekends when required
  • Prior experience in a customer support or service-related role is preferred

Preferred

  • Prior experience in a customer support or client service role within the beauty, e-commerce, or retail sector
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or customer service software.
  • Understanding of customer behavior in the D2C (direct-to-consumer) market
