Customer Support Executive

Roles & Responsibilities -

• Customer Support Executive / Sr. Customer Support Executive – International Blended Process.

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and chat in a timely fashion

• Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks.

• Escalate inquiries and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or person following outlined guidelines.

• Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers.

• Perform research to answer customer inquiries and requests.

• Grow existing customer accounts through exceptional customer service and effective sales techniques.

• Meet quantitative & qualitative performance metrics as outlined.

• Keep customer accounts current by updating databases during calls.

Required Attributes –

• Undergraduate/Graduates can apply.

• Proficient English Communication Skills (Spoken & Written).

• Willing to work in a 24*7 environments with rotational shifts, as required.

• Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales preferred.

• Knowledge of MS Office Suite, CRM systems & practices.

• Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.

• Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism.

• Willing to learn & work in related LOB’s.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sector 74, Mohali - 140308, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Language:
