Job Description

  • Work closely with other teams to onboard new Pharmacies on the platform.
  • Provide Training and equip new customers with the videos and other training materials.
  • Follow up with new customers and help them navigate any difficulties they are facing.
  • Introduce existing customers to newer and advanced features in order to improve engagement.
  • Follow up with inactive clients to identify their problems
  • Follow up with clients having upcoming renewals
  • Prepare new SOPs, review existing SOPs and make required changes
  • Prepare strategies to reduce churn
  • Make sure clients get the best support service
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and ideas to improve customer service

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of Customer Success or 3 years of Customer Support role in software related space.
  • Strong communication skills in both Oral as well as Written - English Hindi.
