Job Description

  • We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to help improve customer engagement, retention and brand value.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Customer Success, Sales and Tech team to provide the best support to the onboard clients.
  • Handling customers calls for their queries and resolve them
  • Handling client tickets on Freshdesk
  • Introduce existing customers to newer and advanced features in order to improve engagement.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in both Oral as well as Written - English Hindi.
