Location - Chennai https://www.cofee.life/ What You Will Do Customer Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and offering product guidance. Relationship Building: Establish trust and foster long-term relationships by understanding clients needs and ensuring seamless fee collection experiences. Problem Resolution: Listen empathetically to customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams for effective solutions. Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product and development teams to continually improve the user experience. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, queries, and resolutions using CRM tools. Customer Success Initiatives: Provide proactive support to help customers optimize their use of Cofees fee management features, driving client satisfaction and loyalty.
