We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive who embodies empathy, excellent communication, and a strong desire to help customers succeed. Location - Chennai https://www.cofee.life/ What You Will Do Customer Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and offering product guidance. Relationship Building: Establish trust and foster long-term relationships by understanding clients needs and ensuring seamless fee collection experiences. Problem Resolution: Listen empathetically to customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams for effective solutions. Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product and development teams to continually improve the user experience. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, queries, and resolutions using CRM tools. Customer Success Initiatives: Provide proactive support to help customers optimize their use of Cofees fee management features, driving client satisfaction and loyalty. High level of empathy and patience in dealing with diverse customer needs. Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
