Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Customer Service Executive (Voice Process) to handle / resolve customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, patience, and problem-solving ability.

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls professionally.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and deliver excellent customer service on every call.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good listening skills and empathy.
  • Ability to handle stressed or irate customers calmly.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Multi-tasking and time management
  • Problem-solving ability.
