Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Jamshedpur. The Customer Support Executive will handle inbound calls, provide chat and email support, resolve customer queries, and offer telemarketing assistance. The role includes managing back-office processes and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, both inbound and outbound call handling, and chat/email support

• Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve customer queries effectively

• Having a experience in Domestic/ International process is a must

• Proficiency in providing assistance to customers and problem solving within TAT

• Technical proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with IT-enabled solutions

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work on-site in Jamshedpur

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
