Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Jamshedpur. The Customer Support Executive will handle inbound calls, provide chat and email support, resolve customer queries, and offer telemarketing assistance. The role includes managing back-office processes and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
