The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while maintaining high service standards in our fast-paced financial services environment. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and promptly Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, efficiency, and accuracy Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction across all touchpoints JOB DESCRIPTION ABOUT TECHFINO CAPITAL: 1+ Lakh loans disbursed ₹200+ Crore Assets Under Management (AUM) Profitable since inception 30+ Branch locations expanding to 60+ by FY26 BizBlack25 Award 2024 recipient for Top 25 Innovative Startup Founders JOB OVERVIEW: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Service Excellence: Assist customers in understanding MSME loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and Education loan products Guide customers through loan application processes and documentation requirements Provide information on loan eligibility, interest rates, and repayment options Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions Process customer requests for account information, payment schedules, and documentation Follow up on pending queries and ensure closure within defined timelines Collaborate with Credit, Operations, and Collections teams for quick issue resolution Escalate complex issues to senior management when required Provide feedback on recurring customer concerns and suggest process improvements Maintain confidentiality and security of all customer and company information Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and company policies Support audit processes and regulatory compliance requirements Education: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred) Experience: 1-3 years in customer service/support roles, preferably in NBFC/Banking sector Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in English and regional languages (Kannada/Hindi) Customer Handling: Ability to handle difficult customers and de-escalate situations effectively Personal Attributes: High professionalism, patience, attention to detail, and customer-centric approach Team Skills: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Domain Knowledge: Understanding of financial products and services (preferred) Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives Comprehensive training on financial products and customer service excellence Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding NBFC Professional development through exposure to diverse customer segments Collaborative work environment with experienced industry professionals Employee benefits including health insurance and leave policies Product & Process Support: Administrative Functions: Cross-functional Collaboration: Compliance & Security: QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: Essential Qualifications: Key Competencies: WHAT WE OFFER: Ready to join our growing team?
