Compliance Manager

About the Role

This position is critical for maintaining Techfino Capital Pvt Ltd's regulatory standing and ensuring seamless compliance operations. The Compliance Manager will serve as a key liaison between the organization and regulatory authorities, while also providing strategic guidance on compliance matters to internal stakeholders. The role requires a professional who can balance regulatory requirements with business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities: -
Prepare and finalize regulatory returns periodically. - Draft, review, and ensure timely approval of policies by the Board, Audit Committee, and internal stakeholders. - Support and coordinate during RBI inspections, including gathering data from relevant business units. - Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory frameworks (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI), including monitoring and addressing RBI escalated complaints and Ombudsman matters. - Review and advise on compliance matters related to FEMA, outsourcing guidelines, vendor agreements, press releases, and marketing materials. - Conduct compliance audits and engage with business and support functions to review and enhance internal processes and policies.

Key Skills Required: -
Graduate/Postgraduate in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. - Provenexperience (8-10 years) in compliance within an NBFC environment. - In-depth knowledge of RBI regulations, Companies Act, FEMA, and other applicable corporate laws. - Hands-on experience with audits and statutory compliance. - Strong command of Microsoft Office tools and compliance tracking systems. - Excellent analytical, communication, and advisory skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹727,668.52 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
