Role Description

Customer Success Executive

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Proficient in Customer Support and Communication
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with team members
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field

Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding:

   Guide new hotel partners through platform setup and orientation, ensuring a smooth handoff from sales.

• Relationship Building:

   Develop strong relationships with hotel GMs, operations heads, and staff across different regions.

• Training & Enablement:

   Deliver engaging product walkthroughs and training sessions in Hindi, English, and Malayalam as needed.

• Customer Support:

   Provide timely support and issue resolution via calls, chats, and email.

• Usage Monitoring:

   Track account health, usage metrics, and proactively reach out to improve adoption.

• Feedback & Advocacy:

   Act as a bridge between customers and the product team, sharing actionable  insights to improve features.

• Renewals & Upsells:

   Support account renewals and identify areas for additional value through upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
