✅ 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management (preferably SaaS)
✅ Solid grasp of digital or influencer marketing tools
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
✅ Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Gainsight, Intercom, or Mixpanel
✅ A customer-first, problem-solving mindset
