Job Description

This is a remote position.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Success Specialist to manage customer interactions and streamline sales processes for MTAB CNCTRAIN. This role involves handling queries, maintaining records in the Zoho ecosystem, and coordinating with internal teams to support operational and sales functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer queries related to MTAB CNC TRAIN via Zoho Desk
  • Create and maintain accounts, contacts, and potentials in Zoho CRM
  • Handle invoicing and maintain financial records using Zoho Books
  • Collaborate with internal teams through Zoho Cliq and Zoho People
  • Schedule and conduct meetings using Zoho Meeting
  • Assist with operational and coordination tasks across department

Compmesation

: Commison based

Working hours:

  • A.M to 6.30 P.M
Saturdays and Sundays will be non working days

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with Zoho applications: Zoho Desk, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Cliq, Zoho People, and Zoho Meeting
  • Proficiency in handling customer queries (specifically for MTAB CNCTRAIN)
  • Strong skills in account and lead management
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing
  • Effective team communication and coordination skills
  • Accuracy in data entry and CRM updates
  • Professional communication and time management abilities
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
