Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Specialist. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, providing guidance and solutions, and analyzing customer feedback to improve services. The role requires working closely with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer success, client engagement, telesales, or call center roles.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Ability to explain app features and technical details clearly and patiently
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Experience in the pet care industry is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
