Job Description

Complete ownership of customer lifecycle management.
Responsible for end-to-end client onboarding to relationship management.
Training success measurement Responsible to define clear training outcomes, measure it through various metrices & deliver project success.
Establish strong contact with key stakeholders for mapping learning outcomes & act as a custodian of driving customer csat.
Hold relationship with all clients & also support nurturing relationship.
Play key role in driving entire governance for all the projects.
Sharing daily/weekly progress report of project deliverables & timelines.
Internal collaboration-work closely with BD, Project team & all facilitators towards successfully driving the projects.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor s/Master s degree (preferably in Business, HR, Education, or related field).

2. 4 7 years of experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or Training/L&D roles.

3. Strong understanding of corporate learning, training interventions, and digital learning platforms.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

5. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret learner engagement data and link to ROI.
