Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the moving process (pre-move, transit, and post-delivery).
Manage customer inquiries, and service requests, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and packing teams to track movement schedules and provide customers with regular updates.
Handle complaints, claims, and escalations effectively, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service feedback, and follow-up actions.
Monitor service quality standards and proactively identify areas for process improvement.
Supervise the customer support team and ensure adherence to response and resolution timelines.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth handover from inquiry to execution.
Prepare reports on customer satisfaction, service issues, and performance KPIs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall client experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
Good understanding of moving, relocation, or logistics operations.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
Team management and coaching skills.
Calm, empathetic, and professional demeanor, especially during client escalations.
