Instructional Designer

Create Storyboard for engaging learning activities and compelling course content. Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience s training needs. State instructional end goals and create content that matches with the requirement. Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product. Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods. Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process. Job Requirement Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models Lesson and curriculum planning skills Should have worked with a learning management system earlier Visual design skills and ability to storyboard Interacting with teammates the extended team (video editing partners) to create a top-quality product Ability to create interactive content scripts i.e. WBT, Gamefication, Simulation, Assessment etc. checking the quality of videos received from the video editors Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts Experience in instructional design surrounding video content, preferably in tech domain programs
