As a suitable candidate for the position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with 2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the ERP or software industry. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in this role, along with your strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first mindset. Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks effectively, and familiarity with ERP, CRM, or SaaS platforms will be advantageous. Your key responsibilities will include: - Efficiently scheduling and executing projects in a timely manner. - Preparing presentations to update senior management on project progress. - Delegating tasks to team members. - Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities. - Seeking ways to enhance project profitability and reduce expenses. - Ensuring deadlines are met. - Organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings. - Conducting project team meetings and documenting minutes. - Liaising with clients to establish project objectives. Additionally, it is required that you are proficient in both Hindi and English languages to effectively communicate with clients and team members.,
