Job Description

  • About The Role:We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM)to drive customer adoption, retention, and growth across Comprinno s services offerings
  • The CSM will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they realize maximum business value from their cloud investments with Comprinno
  • This role requires a blend of technical understanding, relationship management, and business acumen
  • Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers post- sale, building strong long- term relationships
  • Drive onboarding, adoption, and value realization of Comprinno services
  • Act as a customer advocate, capturing feedback and collaborating with internal teams to improve products and services
  • Monitor customer health metrics (usage, satisfaction, renewal risk) and proactively address issues
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, and CloudOps teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous customer value
  • Identify expansion opportunities within accounts and partner with Sales/BDM teams for upsell and cross- sell
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients (QBRs/MBRs) to align on outcomes and share best practices
  • Represent Comprinno in customer webinars, case studies, and reference programs
  • Track, analyze, and report on customer success metrics and retention rates

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 4-7 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Post- Sales roles, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or cloud consulting
  • Hand one with CS tools and CRMs (eg, Gainsight, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS preferred) and digital transformation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship- building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast- paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in using data and metrics to drive decisions
  • Proven track record in driving customer retention and growth
  • Desired Qualifications & Skills:MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • Prior experience in SaaS customer success, managed services, or AWS ecosystem
  • Experience handling enterprise customers in regulated industries (e
