Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and proactive

Customer Success Executive

who can build strong relationships with clients, ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of our SaaS products, and act as the primary point of contact post-implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and Hindi, a customer-first mindset, and prior experience working in a SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers for product onboarding, training, and support.
  • Understand customer needs and provide consultative solutions using SANeForce products.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor customer health and engagement metrics to drive product adoption and retention.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Tech, Sales) to ensure customer success.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights for product and process improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and support systems is a plus.
