Customer Success Executive

Requirements

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring their success with our SaaS solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular engagement and support.
• Understand client needs, business processes, and goals to provide tailored solutions.
• Drive product adoption and usage by providing training, demonstrations, and guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Monitor account health and proactively address potential challenges.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the product team for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.

Qualification

• Fluent in Hindi
