Position: Customer Success Executive

Experience: 1-2 years experience in Customer Success / Client Relationship / Voice process
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
Preference: Strong communication skills in English. Must be ready to relocate to Trivandrum

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact

effectively with customers.

• Basic computing knowledge, with multi-tasking & documentation skills

• Good knowledge in using MS office tools like excel and familiarity with any CRM tools

• Passion for customer service and enhancing customer experience.

• Ability to collaborate with different departments and work in a team environment.

• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Good understanding of Hindi language.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹9,978.17 - ₹33,580.71 per month
