Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, feedback, and escalations
• Manage customer journeys post-purchase to ensure high satisfaction and retention
• Use

  CRM tools

  to track, update, and manage customer interactions (CRM experience is

  mandatory

  )
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing) to resolve issues efficiently
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs
• Monitor key success metrics like CSAT, NPS, and churn rate
• Ensure a consistent and positive brand experience for every customer interaction

Requirements:

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in customer success, client servicing, or support roles
• Hands-on experience with

  CRM tools

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
