Customer Success Executive

The major responsibilities of this role include maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times. You will be responsible for responding promptly to customer calls/chats, acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, and having in-depth knowledge of our products to effectively answer customer queries. Additionally, you will be required to keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, as well as communicate and coordinate with the team and other departments as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Requirements for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate or bachelor's degree being an added advantage. Fluency in both English and Hindi, along with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages, is essential. The role may require willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and prior experience in customer service will be beneficial. Strong telephone etiquette, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adaptability to different personalities are also key qualifications. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work location for this role is in person.
