Store Manager

Being India's fastest growing Fashion Brand, we at MYDESIGNATION are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Managing organizational store by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets with sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting the results.
• Overseeing performance of the sales team.
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
• The ongoing training of sales people
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
• Promoting the organization and products.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Master's degree in relevant field will be a plus.
• Experience - 2 to 3 yrs in Sales(retail)
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Experience managing and directing a sales team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Dedication to providing great customer service.
• Ability to lead a sales team.

Location - Indiranagar, Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
