Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Success Executive at GoDial located in Rajarhat. As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing customer needs, providing support, managing accounts, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Analytical Skills Experience in customer support and account management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Hindi and English Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Strong problem-solving skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Experience using CRM systems is a plus Salary - First 3 Months - Rs. 10,000 to 12,000 After 3 Months - Based on performance additional perks and salary hike.
