We provide a streamlined approach to manage business expenses with ease. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Success Executive. The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, providing customer support, and managing customer accounts. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, analyzing customer needs, and implementing solutions to improve customer experience. Experience: 1–3 years Location: [Bengaluru / On-site] CTC: ₹3.5 – ₹3.8 LPA (depending on experience and skills) Qualifications Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention Customer Support and Account Management skills Strong Analytical Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience in the financial or technology sectors is a plus Coordinate with internal tech and product teams for user issue resolution. Required Skills Strong communication skills in English and Hindi Basic understanding of UPI, online payments, and bookkeeping Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in customer service or fintech support preferred.
