Job Description

CSE responsibilities include resolving client queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can earn our clients’ trust.


What you will do?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Answer questions from customers over the phone, email, or chat. Help solve their problems quickly and give them useful information about our products.
  • Onboarding: Assist new customers in getting started with our services. Guide them through the setup process and show them how to use the features so they feel comfortable.
  • Training: Offer training sessions or materials to help customers make the most of our tools and features.
  • Setup Service: assist with the client's website using paid or complimentary hours to expedite its launch.
  • Account Management: Build good relationships with customers. Check in with them regularly to see if they are happy and using our products well.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and technical teams to meet customer needs and ensure everything goes smoothly for them.

    • Customer Orientation: Ability to understand and respond to the needs of diverse customer personalities, ensuring a positive experience.
    • Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
    • Time Management & Multi-tasking: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines efficiently.
    • Technical Proficiency: Solid computer skills, with familiarity in using various software and tools (Ms Excel, Word).
    • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with proficiency in other regional languages as an added advantage.
    • Decision-Making: Strong decision-making capabilities, able to evaluate situations and make sound judgments quickly.
    • Adaptability: Flexible to work on a shift basis, including night shifts, and adjust to changing work requirements.
