Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Executive fluent in Hindi, English, and Malayalam to join our customer experience team. You’ll be the go-to contact for our hotel clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, ongoing success, and strong adoption of the HotelOpsAI platform. Your ability to communicate effectively across languages and understand regional hospitality dynamics will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding: Guide new hotel partners through platform setup and orientation, ensuring a smooth handoff from sales.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with hotel GMs, operations heads, and staff across different regions.
  • Training & Enablement: Deliver engaging product walkthroughs and training sessions in Hindi, English, and Malayalam as needed.
  • Customer Support: Provide timely support and issue resolution via calls, chats, and email.
  • Usage Monitoring: Track account health, usage metrics, and proactively reach out to improve adoption.
  • Feedback & Advocacy: Act as a bridge between customers and the product team, sharing actionable insights to improve features.
  • Renewals & Upsells: Support account renewals and identify areas for additional value through upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years in Customer Success, client-facing SaaS/hospitality roles.
  • Fluency in Hindi, English, and Malayalam (spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of hotel operations is a Plus
